About Lauren

Lauren’s love for the art of beauty began at an early age. Lauren’s mother was a model and a makeup artist, allowing Lauren the opportunity to watch and learn from a professional. With this pedigree, Lauren decided to pursue a career in makeup.

Lauren's formal education began at the "Christine Valmy International Institute for Makeup and Esthetics" in New York City. There she enhanced her natural talents by learning techniques from some of the most respected professionals in the world.  With this knowledge, Lauren began to work with top New York City based cosmetic companies.  One of the most influential experiences was her time spent with Lancome Cosmetics.  Traveling throughout the east coast, meeting vendors, observing the manufacturing process and getting first hand experience, allowed Lauren the chance to see the inner workings of high end beauty.  Showing a talent for stellar client interaction, Lancome was supportive in allowing Lauren to cultivate her own marketing plan and public relations.

Through these opportunities, Lauren was able to develop her well known ability to flawlessly cover blemishes, make eye colors “pop”, and disguise any imperfections from a camera’s eye.  With these talents, Lauren has chosen to focus mainly on bridal makeup.  Lauren knew she had the innate ability to discover and enhance each woman’s natural beauty and she is passionate about making a bride look and feel gorgeous on her special day.
